Tendering Engineer
We are recruiting for an Electrical Tendering Engineer (High Voltage), you will lead tendering activities for Power & Renewables (P&R) projects, ensuring compliant, competitive and high-quality submissions. You will collaborate closely with business development, engineering, operations and commercial teams, playing a key role in delivering complex, high-value projects. This role will be based in Limerick.

Responsibilities:
- Lead all tendering activities for High Voltage (Power & Renewables) projects.
- Review tender documentation and prepare compliant bids.
- Coordinate with engineering, commercial, and estimation teams.
- Attend client meetings and manage post-tender clarifications.
- Ensure compliance with procedures and industry standards.
- Manage technical submittals and tender portals.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant industry experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in tendering/engineering.
- Proven High Voltage (HV) experience.
- Strong communication, IT, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multi-disciplinary tenders.
- Flexible, proactive, and team-oriented.
- Willingness to travel when required.
