Snag Manager for a developer to work primarily out of their head office and at various site locations when required over the Dublin area. This successful snag manager will look after all defects following the purchase of new houses across many sites in the Dublin area. This is a hands-on role which will suit someone from a trade background.
Role:
- Inspect and snag all units prior to key handover
- Liaise with our client s customer aftercare department
- Liaise with the site management team
- Work over various sites in the Dublin area
Required:
- Snag Experience
- Knowledge of all trades
- Proficient in basic computer programs (Word, Excel, et cetera).
- Excellent communication skills
