Site Manager – Residential

We are hiring an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established housing developer on a new apartments project in Clondalkin. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in residential development, either in Ireland or the UK.

Role & Duties:

  • Manage all project activities, ensuring compliance with planning, and H&S standards.
  • Oversee the project from tender to completion and handover.
  • Collaborate with QS and teams to monitor and manage budgets.
  • Prepare project plans including scheduling, program management, and risk assessment.
  • Communicate key information to site teams and stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage the site team to deliver projects on time and to quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ Site Management experience with a contractor or developer.
  • Experience with high-volume housing projects (40+ units preferred).
  • Proven track record managing large-scale housing developments.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication in English.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland required.

Salary & Benefits:

  • €90k+ DOE
