Our client, a well-established and highly respected contractor in the construction industry, is looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead a residential project in South Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to join an industry leader with a strong portfolio of upcoming projects in the region. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in residential developments, particularly with RC (Reinforced Concrete) frame construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring the project is completed on schedule and within budget.
- Take responsibility for site safety, ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate the efforts of subcontractors, suppliers, and the site team to ensure effective communication and smooth operations.
- Monitor site progress and quality, regularly reporting to senior management.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
- Ensure the accurate maintenance of site records and documentation.
- Quickly address and resolve any site issues or challenges to maintain project momentum.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven track record as a Site Manager on residential construction projects.
- Strong experience with RC frame construction.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of on-site health and safety procedures.
- Ability to manage a team and effectively coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and keen attention to detail.
