Site Manager with proven experience in complex building projects is sought by a leading construction company in Dublin to work on several projects in the region. Requirements:

• The successful candidate should possess a relevant third-level qualification in a construction-related discipline or hold an equivalent professional qualification OR;
• Have 7+ years of post-graduate experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated expertise in building projects in Ireland.

Duties:

• Hold a relevant third-level qualification in a construction-related discipline or equivalent professional qualification.
• Have 7+ years of post-graduate experience in a Site Manager or similar role previously in building projects.
• Proven ability to deliver projects to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and attention to detail.
• Expertise in managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and teams, monitoring progress against programmes, and ensuring adherence to construction drawings, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with contractors, design teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Strong capability to identify and address construction issues proactively, manage site logistics, control budgets and timelines, and ensure overall project delivery.

Package:

• Competitive salary in the range of €75k – €85k
