Site Manager – Fitout
A Site Manager is needed for an established Fitout Company to oversee large commercial projects in Dublin City Centre. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing multiple Fitout projects.
Role:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and building regulations throughout the project.
- Oversee construction activities to align with the program schedule, budget, and project specifications.
- Promote efficient collaboration by organizing Site Meetings with the Design Team and subcontractors.
- Monitor and guide site staff and subcontractors to uphold high construction quality standards.
- Coordinate the flow of information among the Construction Team, subcontractors, and site personnel, ensuring it is accurate and timely.
Requirements:
- Trade background or Degree qualified.
- Fit-out experience in Ireland or the UK.
