Site Manager (Fit-out)

Site Manager (Fit-out) required for a Main Building Contractor, for work on the internals and finishing stages of a large scale commercial build in Dublin City Centre.  This project is unique in its scale at the moment with few commercial projects of this scale under construction.   The successful Site Manager will ideally have worked on commercial builds previous and be fit-out specialist.  This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected company who have similar projects starting in 2026 and will provide a market leading package. 

Role:

• Oversee the internals and fit-out stage of the project
• Report to the PM
• Responsible for the planning and programming of the works

Salary:

• Salary circa €75K-€85K
