My client is seeking an experienced Site Manager (Fit-out) to join a leading Tier 2 contractor on a high-profile commercial project in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of site operations, lead a dynamic team, and deliver a fit-out project to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure project milestones are met.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site staff effectively.
- Monitor progress, quality, and safety on site, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, schedules, and documentation.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to keep the project on track.
- Ensure efficient use of resources and budget control.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, health & safety, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Relevant construction qualifications or certifications.
- Full clean driver’s license.
