A leading construction company specialising in partition systems, external façades, interior fitouts, ceilings, and bespoke solutions is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team in Dublin. This company delivers high-quality projects across Ireland and Europe, with a strong reputation for excellence and innovation in the industry.
Responsibilities:

Manage all on-site activities to ensure timely, on-budget, high-quality delivery

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
-
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
-
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and wider teams
-
Maintain accurate site records, schedules, and reports
-
Monitor site progress and resolve arising issues
-
Conduct regular quality control checks
Requirements:
-
5+ years’ experience in a similar site management role
-
Strong background in interior fitout, partition systems, or façades
-
Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site teams
-
Solid understanding of health & safety legislation
-
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
-
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
