We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Manager to oversee a new residential development in North Dublin. This is a long-term opportunity with a reputable and well-established contractor, offering stability and room for career progression in a thriving area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Oversee the delivery of works on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate on-site teams and subcontractors.
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
  • Maintain detailed site records, reports, and documentation.
  • Manage materials, resources, and equipment to ensure optimum productivity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or Project Manager in civil and residential construction.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
