An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced Site Manager to join a leading main contractor on a flagship new education project in Tyrone. Key Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for day-to-day management of the site, ensuring health & safety, quality, and project deadlines are met.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the client and project stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Lead site meetings and coordinate with the project management team to maintain project momentum.
- Oversee all logistical planning for the site, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
- Monitor and report on project progress, including costs, programme, and quality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, including technical drawings, schedules, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Full driving licence and flexibility to work across multiple sites if required.
