We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee an exciting new data centre project in Sweden. This is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge facilities and advance your career.
This role requires previous experience with data centre construction. The position operates on a rotational basis.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site activities to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project plans and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Liaise with the project management team, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure all work meets quality standards.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports.
- Address any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in site management, specifically with large-scale data centre projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering similar projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to work on a rotational basis.
Salary Package:
- €75k – €85k per annum DOE
- Travel expenses covered.
