My client, a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor, is seeking a Site Manager to support the delivery of a large scale mixed use development in Galway City Centre. This role will oversee daily site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site activities and subcontractors
- Ensure works are completed in line with programme, drawings and specifications
- Maintain high standards of health and safety on site
- Coordinate with project teams, design teams and stakeholders
- Monitor quality control and resolve on-site issues efficiently
- Report progress to senior management
Requirements
- Trade or construction related qualification
- 5+ years’ experience in a Site Manager role with a main contractor
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Proven track record of delivering projects on programme
Salary & Benefits
- €80,000 – €90,000 salary
