Site Managerrequired to join a leading Main Build Contractor. This Site Manager will work on social housing projects in Headford and Loughrea areas, Co.Galway.
Role:
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate all on-site construction activities
- Manage subcontractors, trades, and labour workforce
- Monitor project schedules and progress; ensure timely completion
- Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
- Manage site documentation, reports, and compliance records
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Identify and resolve issues or delays promptly
- Ensure materials, equipment, and resources are delivered and used efficiently
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager or similar role
- Relevant qualification in construction management, engineering, or related field
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and building regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with project management software and digital reporting tools
- Valid CSCS/SMSTS or equivalent certification (if applicable)
- Full driving licence
Salary:
- Salary €75k – €85k neg DOE
