Site Manager required for a local Mid-sized Main Building Contractor to work on a pharma project in East Cork which has just started.  Our client is ideally looking for a Site Manager with pharma or industrial experience.  Our client has an very good reputation and will be building several more large scale projects starting in the Cork region next year.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience at Site Management
• Large scale building project experience
• Proven track record of managing apartments projects
• Good at leading a team

Role:

• Day-to-day management, coordination and monitoring of the site labour force and specialist subcontractors
• Assist the Project team to monitor progress to meet agreed programme targets
• Ensure works are delivered to the highest possible quality standards
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies at all times
• Work closely with supply chain and subcontractors to maintain positive relationships and culture on the ground

Salary:

• Basic salary circa €75k -€85k+
• Travel Allowance / Company Van
• Benefits package
