Site Manager

A well-established leading Main Contractor in Dublin is seeking a Site Manager with over 3 years of experience in construction management to work on a residential project.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Site Manager will collaborate closely with the onsite team, including subcontractors, engineers, and management, to coordinate and manage all onsite activities.
  • Planning and supervising the setup of the site, ensuring that necessary facilities are in place before the project launch.
  • Taking responsibility for the adherence to HSEQS protocols on sites at all times.
  • Site Manager will be responsible for upholding quality control procedures consistently and reporting findings to the Regional Director.

Requirements:

  • 3rd level qualification completed in relation to the industry or Trades qualified.
  • 3+ years’ experience in construction management.
