My client, a reputable Tier 1 construction company, is seeking a Site Manager to oversee a large commercial build in Limerick. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional and ambitious team delivering projects to the highest standard.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.
- Manage subcontractors, trades, and site staff.
- Ensure adherence to programme, budget, and quality targets.
- Conduct site meetings, toolbox talks, and safety audits.
- Liaise with the project management team to deliver successful outcomes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar Site Management role.
- Strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven record of delivering large-scale building projects.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
Salary: €75k – €85k + package.
