Site Manager required for a mid-sized main building contractor to work on a large scale building project in Tipperary which is just starting.  Our client is on the top construction companies in Ireland and have a very strong pipeline of work throughout the country.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to prioritise workload / excellent time management / excellent managerial skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Previous experience in similar capacity
• Strong IT skills
• Career minded, energetic and enthusiastic.
• Excellent people management and client skills.
• Excellent reference and track record

Package:

• Starting Salary: €75k– €85k 
• Company van / travel allowance
