Site Manager required for a leading residential developer to oversee a large housing development in North Dublin This opportunity is perfect for candidates with significant experience managing housing projects, particularly for main contractors or developers in Ireland or the UK. Our client is known for their strong subcontractor relationships and reputation for building high-quality homes.
Requirements:

Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).

Minimum 10 years’ experience with main building contractors in Ireland or the UK.

At least 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager or General Foreman on housing projects.

Strong commercial awareness and project management skills.

Ability to manage and lead a large team of subcontractors and foremen.

Proven ability to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Duties:

Full responsibility for managing the Site Team, including several sectional foremen.

Report directly to the Contracts Manager / Company Director.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.

Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is completed according to project specifications.

Manage subcontractor relationships and performance.
Package:

€70,000 – €85,000 (DOE)
