A large housing developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a large-scale housing project in Cork. This is a great opportunity to lead a major development.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee site operations, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Enforce Health & Safety regulations.
- Coordinate with the project team and subcontractors.
- Manage site documentation and quality checks.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience managing housing projects.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of construction, regulations, and Health & Safety.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
Salary Package:
- €75k – €85k DOE
