A Tier 1 main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Foreman to join a large-scale data centre project in Denmark. This is a rotational role on a high-profile project for blue-chip clients, offering the opportunity to work in a challenging and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
- Take ownership of snag lists and ensure all items are completed.
- Ensure the end product meets client expectations in terms of build and finish.
- Support completion dates and provide progress updates to Site Managers.
- Assist with plant and material requirements.
- Inspect subcontractor work to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Prioritize workload effectively and maintain timely delivery of tasks.
Requirements
- Trade background preferable.
- Knowledge of current building regulations and certification standards.
- Previous experience on large-scale commercial projects.
- Self-starter with good judgment under pressure.
- Ability to work proactively on own initiative.
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks and projects.
