Site Engineer – Residential
A leading residential developer is hiring a Site Engineer for a large housing development in North, Co. Tipperary. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with residential experience looking to progress on a long-term project. The role is fully site-based.
Duties:
• Carry out setting out, surveying, levelling, and quality checks.
• Support Senior Engineers with daily site operations.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and drawings.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and assist with utility requirements (Irish Water, ESB).
• Maintain detailed site records and assist with reporting.
• Ensure strong adherence to health & safety procedures.
• Attend site progress meetings.
Requirements:
• Degree-qualified in Engineering.
• 2–4+ years’ experience as a Site Engineer.
• Residential construction background essential.
• Knowledge of Irish Water and ESB standards desirable.
• Strong technical and organisational skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and setting-out equipment.
• Full driving licence.
Salary & Benefits:
• Salary: €55,000–€65,000 DOE.
• Excellent Benefits.
• Commercial van provided.
