Site Engineer (Groundworks)
Site Engineer (Groundworks) with 3+ years experience required for a mid-sized main building contractor to work on a large-scale development in West Dublin. Our client has grown significantly over the past few years and has a good pipeline of work in the Dublin area on various residential and school projects. We are ideally looking for a Site Engineer from a sub-contractor background, ideally in groundworks who has direct labour management experience.
Responsibilities:
- Setting out
- Reading & interpreting drawings for layouts, materials measure etc.
- Management of subcontractors/groundworkers
Requirements:
- Civil Engineering Degree or similar
- 3+ years experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivating to deliver on safety, quality & programme
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Full driving license
