Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily site operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Participate in site setting out and surveying.
- Collaborate with the site management team to monitor project progress and address any technical challenges.
- Supervise subcontractors’ work, ensuring high standards of quality control and timely completion.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports and progress updates.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and design teams to ensure the efficient execution of the project.
Essential Requirements:
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in construction or civil engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of site safety regulations and practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise across various teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
