Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the site, ensuring all work adheres to project specifications and safety standards.
- Involved in setting out and surveying the site.
- Collaborate closely with the site management team to track progress and resolve technical challenges.
- Supervise subcontractors’ work, ensuring quality control and timely project delivery.
- Maintain precise site records, including daily reports and progress updates.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and design teams to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
Essential Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working on construction or civil engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of site safety regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
