A well-established civil engineering and construction contractor is seeking a Site Engineer to join their team on a large-scale residential project based in Kildare. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile with long-term prospects and career growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Supervision: Manage and supervise site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
- Setting Out
- Technical Support: Provide technical guidance to site teams, ensuring work is in line with design specifications.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and maintain high standards.
- Documentation: Keep accurate site records, including reports, measurements, and as-built drawings.
- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Site Engineer in civil ,construction projects.
- Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Skills: Strong understanding of construction processes, setting out / surveying, and site management.
- Communication: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Health & Safety Awareness: Knowledge of site safety protocols.
