One of the country’s most established and reputable civil contractors is seeking an experienced Site Agent for a key project in Carlow. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading company known for its commitment to quality and excellence, with long-term work available in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead and manage site teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination between all parties.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and senior engineers to deliver the project successfully.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring any potential issues are addressed promptly.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, plans, and schedules.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Site Agent role within the civil engineering or construction sector.
- Strong understanding of civil construction processes, site management, and health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve challenges effectively.
- Full clean driving license.
