Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations on civil engineering sites, ensuring smooth execution of projects.
- Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
- Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and other project teams to meet project objectives.
- Provide technical direction and support to the site team as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records and reports.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience managing civil engineering projects or overseeing large-scale site operations.
- Strong leadership abilities and experience in managing teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and project management practices.
- Full clean driving license.
Salary & Benefits:
