Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations on civil engineering sites, ensuring projects are executed smoothly.
- Lead and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other project teams to align on project objectives.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the site team.
- Maintain accurate site records and reports.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in managing civil engineering projects or overseeing large-scale site operations.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods and safety standards.
- Full clean driving license.
