One of Ireland’s most established and reputable civil engineering contractors is currently seeking an experienced Site Agent for a major commercial development in Cork City. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team on a high-profile project, with long-term work secured in the Cork region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations including groundworks, utilities, drainage, and external works.
- Manage site teams and subcontractors to ensure effective coordination of all works.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure timelines, budgets, and specifications are adhered to.
- Implement and enforce strict health & safety and environmental protocols.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in a Site Agent or similar role on civil or commercial projects in Ireland.
- Strong understanding of civils, utilities, and infrastructure works.
- Proven ability to manage teams and subcontractors to deliver complex projects.
