My client, a Tier 1 Contractor, is seeking an experienced Site Agent to join a large-scale civils project in Dublin with a strong pipeline of work into 2026.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of site operations and subcontractors
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget
- Liaise with project management, engineers and stakeholders
- Maintain high standards of quality, health & safety
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Agent on civils projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Contractor
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Relevant engineering or construction qualification
Salary

€70k–€80k + Pension, Healthcare, Vehicle & Fuel Card
