Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations on civil engineering sites, ensuring seamless project delivery
- Lead and manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficiency and safety
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure on-time and on-budget completion
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and other project teams to align on project goals and expectations
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to the on-site team
- Maintain thorough and accurate site records, including progress reports and documentation
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
- Proven track record in managing civil engineering projects or large-scale site operations
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Deep understanding of construction processes and health and safety regulations
- Full, clean driving license
