A leading Main Contractor is seeking a Site Administrator to support site operations, documentation, and compliance for a residential construction project in South Dublin. This role ensures smooth administrative processes and accurate record-keeping for site teams and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
- Manage BCAR submissions, including liaising with subcontractors and filing ancillary and commissioning certificates.
- Maintain subcontractor construction documents in Zutec; provide training and first-line support for site teams and subcontractors.
- Monitor dashboards for subcontractor uploads and progress reporting.
- Maintain weekly RTS/RTO dashboards on Dynamics 365.
- Document meeting minutes, follow up on actions, and provide general administrative support to the site team.
- Assist with subcontractor site inductions, office inventory, and handovers to purchasers.
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ administrative experience; construction knowledge preferred but not essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong IT skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Customer-focused with a proactive “can-do” attitude and deadline-oriented.
Salary & Benefits
- €35,000 – €45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
