My client, a Tier 1 Main Contractor is seeking a Site Administrator to join their team in Galway for a 2-year fixed-term contract, working on a housing project.
Key Responsibilities:
- BCAR: Work with subcontractors to ensure timely submission of certificates for BCAR.
- Organize and maintain construction documents, train the team, and manage document uploads.
- Provide administrative support to the site team, including meeting minutes and follow-ups.
- Assist with subcontractor inductions and handovers.
- Order office supplies and maintain dashboards for progress tracking.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years’ administrative experience.
- Basic understanding of the construction industry (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong IT skills and ability to multitask.
- Good at building relationships and managing deadlines.
