We are seeking a highly skilled Site Admin to join our client’s team, working mainly from their West Dublin HQ with occasional travel to various sites in the Dublin area. This is a permanent role with a top construction company in Ireland and is ideal for someone with a Site Clerk background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pricing materials accurately
- Overseeing and organizing servicing and maintenance contracts
- Uploading invoices to Sage
- Handling BCAR and H&S paperwork administration
- Managing document control for the management team
- Maintaining order books and reconciling orders with delivery dockets
- Inspecting deliveries as needed
- Administering returns in accordance with company policy
- Performing data entry and backup duties
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of previous experience in a similar role
- High level of diligence and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Package:
- €35k – €45K salary range
