My client, a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor is seeking a skilled Site Administrator to join their team in North Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
- BCAR: Coordinate with subcontractors for timely submission of ancillary certificates and file them in the Document Management System.
- Maintain subcontractor documents, train users, manage access, and track document uploads.
- Site Team: Document meeting minutes, provide admin support, conduct site inductions, and liaise with the Utilities Coordinator.
Key Requirements:
- 2-3 years of administrative experience in Construction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong IT and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and customer-focused.
