Service & Maintenance Coordinator
I am recruiting for a highly organised Service & Maintenance Coordinator to join a team in Dublin. This role is with an M&E contractor and will be primarily office based. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting engineers, ensuring the smooth scheduling and coordination of service and maintenance works.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for service and maintenance coordination.
- Schedule and allocate jobs to engineers, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Liaise with engineers daily to confirm schedules, job progress, and updates.
- Track service and maintenance works to ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with job details, service reports and client information.
- Provide administrative support to the service team, including preparing documentation, reports, and compliance records.
- Handle client calls and queries in a professional manner, escalating issues where necessary.
- Support management in monitoring service KPIs and performance reporting.
Requirements:
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in a service, maintenance, or scheduling coordination role (preferably within construction, M&E, or engineering sectors).
- Strong administrative skills with proven experience in scheduling and coordinating engineers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with engineers and clients.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with scheduling/CRM systems an advantage.
