We are hiring a motivated and organized Service Administrator for our client in Dublin. This role serves as a key contact for clients and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Schedule preventative maintenance and quoted works for engineers and subcontractors.
- Create short- and long-term resource plans.
- Track and update progress in ERP/CRM systems.
- Handle reactive client requests to meet SLA requirements.
- Address customer and contractor queries.
- Ensure materials and equipment availability for engineers.
- Generate purchase orders as needed.
- Maintain logs of work order issues.
- Produce weekly and out-of-hours rotas.
- Communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Mechanical/FM industry.
- Experience with Microsoft Project.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Independent decision-making and organizational skills.
- Relevant 3rd-level qualification or equivalent industry experience.
Benefits:
- Salary Circa €37,000 – €42,000 – DOE
