Senior Site Manager
A well-established leading Main Contractor is seeking a Senior Site Manager with 8 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. This role will involve contributing to a major commercial project in Dublin.
Role & Duties:
- Manage all site operations to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
- Lead and support the site team, including engineers, assistant managers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and address risks, delays, or quality issues.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Enforce health and safety regulations and promote a strong safety culture.
- Ensure all work meets building regulations, legal requirements, and quality standards.
- Plan and manage resources, including labour, materials, and plant across trades.
- Promote continuous improvement and high-quality workmanship on site.
Requirements:
- Third level qualification completed in relation to the industry.
- 8+ years’ experience in the construction industry.
- Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects in sectors such as Health, Pharma, Commercial, Education, Hotels, or Retail.
- Outstanding proficiency in professional written and communication abilities while managing key stakeholders.
