Senior Site Manager – Kilkenny
An experienced Senior Site Manager is required for a new-build residential development in Kilkenny with a well-regarded construction company. The successful candidate will lead day-to-day site delivery, managing programme, quality, safety, and personnel with full site responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Full site control and oversight of the residential project.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and third-party consultants.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Maintain strong communication with the Contracts Manager, clients, and design teams.
- Lead on health & safety and enforce best practice on-site.
- Monitor quality assurance and implement necessary improvements.
- Provide weekly updates and reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing residential/housing projects in Ireland.
- Strong leadership with a calm, organised approach to site management.
- Committed to delivering high-quality work and maintaining high standards.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or relevant trade experience.
- Comfortable using project management tools (Procore, MS Project, etc.).
- Full clean driving licence.
