Senior Site Manager

Senior Site Manager required for a well-established Residential Developer to work on a new housing project starting in Mullingar in Dec 2025 / Jan 2025. This role will ideally suit candidates with housing experience in Ireland but will consider all candidates with any site management building experience. The successful Senior Site Manager will report to company director and have full responsibility for all operations on site.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering / Construction Management or Trade background
• The successful Senior Site Manager will have at least 10 years’ experience working for main building contractors in Ireland or the UK.
• Ideally have at least 5 years’ experience working as a SM / General Foreman on housing projects in Ireland or the UK
• Must be commercially aware.
• Must be able to manage a large team.
• Ensure that the project progresses on schedule.

Salary:

• Basic salary circa €75k-€85k
• Travel Allowance / Company vehicle
