Senior Site Manager 

Senior Site Manager required for a well-established leading Fitout Company to work on a large commercial project in Dublin City Centre. The Site Manager will have experience managing multiple commercial Fitout projects and healthcare projects.

Role:

• Ensure project adherence to company policies, procedures, and building regulations.
• Coordinate construction activities within set program, budget, and specifications.
• Facilitate effective communication through organizing Site Meetings with Design Team & Subcontractors.
• Supervise site staff and subcontractors to maintain construction quality standards.
• Manage information flow between Construction Team, subcontractors, and site personnel, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements:

• Trade background or Degree qualified.
• Fit-out experience in Ireland or the UK at Site Manager level.
• Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards.
