Role Overview:
The Senior Site Engineer will oversee the RC frame construction on a new large-scale residential project in South Dublin ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. This is a key role involving technical oversight, site coordination, and team leadership, offering an exciting opportunity to work on a prominent development in South Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead RC frame construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Manage site operations, including subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Provide technical support to the site team and resolve engineering issues.
- Mentor junior engineers and maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- 4+ years’ experience with RC frame construction.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with construction software (AutoCAD, etc.) and health & safety standards.
