With a strong project portfolio that includes data centres, pharmaceutical builds, residential and commercial developments, this company offers a dynamic and rewarding work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead setting out and surveying activities using total stations, GPS, and other modern equipment.
- Oversee site engineering functions and ensure accurate records of daily activities.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site teams.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to maintain smooth project delivery.
- Contribute to quality control by monitoring progress, identifying issues, and implementing solutions.
- Liaise with the Project Manager and design teams to ensure technical requirements are met.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a site engineering role, ideally on complex builds.
- Strong background in setting out, site coordination, and construction methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality engineering support on-site.
