Our client, a well-established and respected civil engineering contractor, is seeking a Senior Site Engineer for a major residential project based in West Dublin. This is a key role on a high-value project, offering long-term stability and excellent career development opportunities. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing all engineering aspects of the project, while mentoring junior engineers and supporting the site management team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating site activities in line with the program and specifications
- Managing and mentoring site engineers and subcontractors
- Ensuring works are completed to the highest standards of safety and quality
- Liaising with clients, design teams, and project managers
- Reviewing and interpreting technical drawings and reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years’ site engineering experience, ideally on large-scale residential or civils projects
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Strong technical knowledge and setting out experience
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate on-site engineering tasks
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Package:
- Salary: €75K – €85K (depending on experience)
