Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and adherence to quality standards.

Lead and support on-site teams, maintaining strong communication and collaboration across all levels.

Work closely with project managers and senior team members to drive project success.

Track project milestones, proactively address issues, and ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental guidelines.

Review and prepare essential project documents, including plans, reports, and schedules.
Requirements:

4+ years experience working as a Senior Site Engineer on civil projects, with a preference for residential developments.

In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, site coordination, and safety protocols.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.

Capable of managing multiple responsibilities while resolving challenges on site efficiently.
