Key Responsibilities:

Oversee site operations, ensuring the project stays on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards.

Lead and coordinate site teams, ensuring effective communication between all parties.

Collaborate closely with project managers and senior engineers to ensure smooth project delivery.

Monitor project progress, address any potential issues, and ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, plans, and schedules.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Site Engineer in civil engineering, ideally on residential projects.

Strong understanding of civil construction processes, site management, and safety regulations.

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and resolve challenges effectively.
