The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with experience working on residential developments. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of the residential development.
- Conduct site inspections, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Liaise with project managers and senior engineers to resolve any technical issues.
- Prepare and review technical drawings and site documentation.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in site engineering within the civil or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction processes, including residential projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
