Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all site engineering activities on large-scale residential projects
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Provide technical expertise and support on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to senior management
- Ensure all work adheres to quality, safety, and environmental regulations
- Assist in the preparation of progress reports and documentation
Requirements:
- Proven experience in site engineering, preferably in residential construction
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
- Relevant engineering qualifications and a strong background in site engineering
