Senior Quantity Surveyor (Fit-out)

Senior Quantity Surveyor with 6+ years’ experience required to join long-established and highly reputable Mid-sized Main Building Contractor to work on their fit-out division in the Dublin area.  

Requirements:

• Degree qualified with at least 6+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying with a main building contractor in Ireland or the UK.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must be commercially and contractually aware.
• Ambitious and committed to delivering an excellent standard of work.
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland.

Duties:

• Assist in the preparation of cost plans, estimates, and tender submissions.
• Support the commercial management of live civil and renewables projects.
• Prepare and track subcontractor payments, valuations, and change orders.
• Work closely with the project team to ensure accurate forecasting and cost reporting.
• Contribute to procurement and negotiation processes with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor site progress and attend project meetings as needed.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and company procedures.

Package:

• €75K – €90k (DOE)
